Commercial Property Today (commercialproperty.today) is the U.S. commercial real estate market in numbers: Treasury yields, SOFR, Fed funds and mortgage rates (U.S. Treasury, New York Fed, Federal Reserve, Freddie Mac, refreshed daily); bank CRE delinquency, charge-off and noncurrent rates by loan type (Federal Reserve and FDIC call reports, refreshed quarterly); and headline CMBS, property-price, cap-rate and lending figures from KBRA, Green Street, CBRE, the MBA and the Fed, each read at its source and dated. Every figure carries its period, release date and source link; cite the source. A figure marked stale means a newer release is probably out. Hand-entered figures change only when the site enters the next release. This is market data, not investment advice, a loan quote or a property appraisal. CMBS-implied cap rates are pool averages from two 2026 conduit filings, not a cap rate for any one property.
