An MCP server and Claude Code plugin for Phase 2/3 clinical trial design. It provides nine tools for single-primary endpoint design (binary, continuous, survival), multi-hypothesis design, Monte-Carlo verification, and Word/PDF reporting. Backed by R packages gsDesign, gsDesign2, and graphicalMCP, it helps biostatisticians design confirmatory studies through a conversational interface.
