claude-memory-fts MCP

A community-driven MCP server that provides long-term memory capabilities for Claude Code. It stores facts in a local SQLite database and utilizes hybrid search combining FTS5 keyword search with semantic vector similarity via Reciprocal Rank Fusion. It supports auto context injection, importance ranking based on access frequency and recency, and offers tools for saving, searching, updating, listing, and deleting memories.
