CHAP Coordinator MCP
CHAP provides a runtime for auditable human-agent collaboration via the Model Context Protocol. It structures human decisions like approvals, overrides, handoffs, and escalations into a shared, tamper-evident log. This ensures accountability by recording what the agent produced, what the human decided, and why, allowing for verification and analysis of corrections.
