CEF Radar MCP MCP server

This official MCP server allows AI assistants to query U.S. closed-end fund data directly from SEC filings. It provides tools to search for funds by ticker or name and retrieve detailed information including activist stakes, tender offers, voting details, costs, borrowing amounts, and current holdings. The server returns plain-language summaries alongside structured data with as-of dates and source links, enabling agents to perform financial research without requiring authentication for public data.
