The CalmLoop MCP server allows AI assistants to manage tasks, notes, projects, and focus zones via a Streamable HTTP endpoint. It supports creating, reading, updating, and deleting tasks with granular access profiles (Read Only, Read & Update, Full Access) using personal access tokens for authentication.
