BumiAtlas Côte d'Ivoire MCP

An MCP server providing access to approximately 68,000 rural land-certificate parcels in Côte d'Ivoire from the Agence Foncière Rurale (AFOR). It allows AI assistants to search for parcels by code, dossier number, village, or coordinates, retrieve certification status and area details, and generate map images of the parcels and their neighbors.
