Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Reduced schedule for now: briefings are re-picked a few times a day, not hourly. Call list_briefings first, then get_briefing(key) for the lead, ranked stories, research items, why-it-matters and key points; get_page(key, page) returns a 480x800 1-bit PNG; Free: 10 tool calls per IP per day; then pay per call with x402 (USDC on Base) or send a Reader key ($9/month) as Authorization: Bearer.
