Brevet MCP

Brevet is a local-first Python runtime that provides change control for AI agent learning. It wraps existing agents to run a governed evolution loop where human overrides become candidate capabilities. These are promoted by a review board, signed, and shipped in releases with hash-linked evidence chains, allowing for tracking, approval, and recall of agent behaviors.
