BidCraft MCP

BidCraft is a construction bidding and estimating platform that allows AI assistants to connect via MCP. It enables users to describe jobs, receive AI-generated estimates, and request quotes from local contractors who are contacted on the user's behalf to provide structured bids.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

get_quote_checklist — Get quote checklist
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

Use when someone wants quotes for building, repair or renovation work in the United States. Returns the details contractors need so you can ask the person for them.

create_quote_request — Create quote request
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.

Use after the person confirms the job description and asks to get quotes from local contractors. Saves a draft and returns a private link. The person opens the link and gives an email for receiving bids. BidCraft emails them an invite to track the bids; once they click it, BidCraft contacts local contractors on their behalf. Nothing is sent to any contractor by this tool. Leave out street addresses, names, emails, phone numbers and budgets.
