Search published beverages by name, alias or producer name in q, category, exact producer slug, ingredient or preferences, with pagination. A combined producer-plus-product phrase may not match; q does not parse arbitrary sentences. Ingredient matches one exact published name, slug or complete alias, case-insensitively, not a substring. The whole-string fallback from strawberries to strawberry applies only when no published literal identity matches. Ingredient and preferences cannot be combined. Ingredient results are recorded eligible relationships, not complete recipes or every drink in existence. Preferences accept at most 6 unique values: dry, bright, tannic, earthy, smoky and floral. Every requested value requires a current public sensory claim; results cover a bounded candidate window, not the whole catalogue. Dry means an explicit drink-level dry or not-sweet tasting statement, not dried fruit, process, semi-dry, low sugar, acidity, aroma, a name or ABV. Offer-tagged claims are neither proof nor contradiction. Catalogue ABV lacks the source qualifier; null is unknown, not zero.
