An MCP server that provides statistically rigorous weather and climate context by exposing 35-year historical rankings and forecasts as agent tools. It cross-checks gridded data against real weather stations, discloses near-ties in rankings, and explicitly notes when data is modeled rather than measured, helping agents avoid inventing climate context.
