Bamboo MCP Server

A read-only MCP server that exposes a self-hosted Atlassian Bamboo instance to AI assistants. It allows users to query server info, list projects, view build plans and branches, check build results, and inspect deployment projects without triggering any changes. Every tool is registered behind a policy engine that enforces a GET-only floor.
