Axiom Meridian MCP
Axiom Meridian is a local stdio MCP server designed for AI coding agents. It indexes institutional coding rules and lessons learned from Markdown files, applying a scope hierarchy to filter and serve only the relevant knowledge slice to the agent. This reduces context window usage and latency by avoiding full-file reads, ensuring agents access only active, traceable, and approved technical guidelines.
