An MCP server and Python client for Austria's legal information system (RIS). It provides access to federal and state law, case law, gazettes, and change monitoring. The server exposes tools for searching laws, retrieving full text in clean Markdown, searching case law, and monitoring legal changes via the keyless OGD API.
