astronomy-mcp-server
An offline observational astronomy server that computes planet and moon positions, rise/set times, moon phases, eclipses, and seasons for any location and time. It supports STDIO or Streamable HTTP and includes tools for sky positions, twilight times, event finding, and satellite passes.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Get apparent positions of planets or stars
- Calculate rise/set and twilight times
- Find upcoming eclipses and equinoxes
