AssetLab MCP

The AssetLab MCP server enables AI assistants to interact with the AssetLab CMMS/EAM platform. It provides over 430 tools allowing agents to read and manage assets, work orders, condition data, inspection form templates, and reports. It supports facility management tasks such as preventive maintenance scheduling, capital planning, and infrastructure management via a hosted endpoint and npm package.
