Aperion Shield MCP
A local, open-source MCP guardrail that intercepts tool calls to block destructive actions like DROP TABLE or rm -rf. It evaluates calls against adaptive safety rules, scans tool catalogs for poisoning, and provides pre-install audits and OS-level sandboxing without requiring cloud connectivity or telemetry.
Package and access
Local package with source-attributed installation metadata. Koskamo does not execute packages during review.
What you can do with it
- Block destructive SQL or filesystem commands before execution
- Audit MCP server source code for vulnerabilities before installation
- Scan tool catalogs for prompt injection or rug pulls
- Constrain upstream server processes using OS-level sandboxing
