Anpheros FHIR MCP

An official remote MCP server provided by Anpheros that enables AI agents to interact with HL7 FHIR R4 health data. It supports reading patient records, writing observations, importing lab reports, and managing synthetic test data via a free sandbox or OAuth-authenticated access to real patient records with consent.

Endpoint and access

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.

  • List patients and read their medical records as FHIR or AI-ready context
  • Write clinical observations and import laboratory reports
  • Access real patient records with OAuth consent for read-only or permitted operations
  • Reset test data in the free sandbox with 30 synthetic patients

Claude Code

Run this once in a terminal. It registers a Streamable HTTP server. Use --scope project to write .mcp.json for the repo.
Claude Code configuration
claude mcp add --transport http anpheros-fhir-mcp https://platform.anpheros.com/mcp

Codex

Run this once. Codex stores MCP servers in ~/.codex/config.toml (or .codex/config.toml in a trusted project).
Codex configuration
codex mcp add anpheros-fhir-mcp --url https://platform.anpheros.com/mcp
