AlterPhone MCP MCP server

The AlterPhone MCP server enables AI agents to place real phone calls and hold spoken conversations on behalf of users. It supports autonomous conversations for tasks like appointments and surveys, as well as turn-by-turn call control. The service uses a prepaid credit system and OAuth 2.1 authentication, allowing agents to dial numbers, listen, speak, and manage call sessions across multiple international destinations.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
