AlphaFold Sovereign MCP

An open-source Model Context Protocol server that wraps AlphaFold DB and eight other public biomedical data sources behind a unified set of tool calls. It operates as a local process with a local SQLite knowledge graph, supporting both online querying of public upstreams and a fully offline mode where no identifiers leave the machine.
