Alpha Progression MCP
An unofficial MCP server that connects agents to Alpha Progression gym data. It allows users to analyse training metrics, check for stalled lifts, and make targeted edits to workout plans, such as adding exercises or adjusting sets and reps. It supports reading weekly training, progress, sessions, and measurements, while ensuring plan changes are previewed and saved only after approval.
