AlgeriaCertify is Algeria's digital certificate verification & talent portal (holder of the Innovative Project label No. 13032522059 issued by the National Labelling Committee). Tools: verify_certificate validates a certificate by code (e.g. AC-2026-EYP8U4 or an ACVP-... token); search_certified_talent finds verified professionals (filter by keyword, specialty, wilaya, open_to_work); match_talent_to_job ranks the best certified candidates for a job description or skill list — use it for recruitment; get_talent_profile reads a person's public profile + credentials; list_specialties and list_institutions discover available programs and issuing institutions; platform_stats gives trust figures. All tools are read-only.
