AgentWatch MCP

AgentWatch provides multi-agent observability by tracking heartbeats, linking actions across agents via cross-agent tracing, and detecting cascade failures. It allows agents to report health status, trace dependent actions, and walk backward from any failure to identify the root cause, storing all data in a local SQLite file.
