Agentic Target Evidence MCP

A community-driven MCP server that provides read-only biomedical evidence tools for drug-target validation. It aggregates data from sources like DepMap, gnomAD, OpenTargets, and PubMed to score evidence across genetics, biology, safety, clinical, commercial, and regulatory lenses, producing a provenanced dossier with suitability scores and narratives for gene-disease pairs.
