Afterpaths MCP
Afterpaths is a community MCP server that captures AI coding sessions across tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. It allows agents to audit session history, summarize discoveries and dead ends, extract reusable rules for future sessions, and search past transcripts to prevent repeated mistakes and optimize model usage.
