An MCP server that exposes the official ACTA verifiable credentials documentation to AI assistants. It is built from a generated docs-data.json file and allows agents to access bilingual (English/Spanish) content including architecture, API references, SDK hooks, and contract details for the ACTA infrastructure on Stellar.
