A2CR MCP

A2CR is an open-source local MCP workspace for AI agent handoffs. It lets agents like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor save WorkBaton checkpoints, store temporary WorkStash notes, coordinate through WorkThreads, and resume long coding work from a fresh AI window. It keeps handoff state compact, explicit, and safer to share between sessions without requiring cloud sync.
