A-Pay Protocol MCP
A-Pay Protocol provides an autonomous economic settlement layer for AI agents, enabling machine-to-machine micropayments via HTTP 402. It allows agents to discover, consume, and pay for data, compute, APIs, and micro-services on Base L2 without human intervention, credit cards, or seed phrase friction.
