3GPP Scout MCP MCP server

A hosted semantic search service for 3GPP technical specifications (Rel-15 through Rel-20) and meeting TDocs. It allows AI agents to query natural language against indexed TS/TR documents and TDoc catalogs, returning cited results with section context, reranking, and on-demand document fetching via a remote MCP endpoint.
