16ane MCP

An open-source MCP server that provides a budget-capped agent wallet for MCP hosts. It enables AI agents to pay for HTTP services using the tANE test token on Base Sepolia via x402 payments, with budgets enforced by smart contracts rather than prompts. It supports funding, spending, earning, and returning test tokens within a fixed limit.
