The user learns if a .agt name is available for registration and retrieves its current on-chain records if it is taken.
The agent uses agt_available to determine if a name can be registered immediately. If the name is taken, it uses agt_resolve to fetch the owner address, expiry status (active/perpetual), and source registry. This helps users decide whether to register a new name or contact an existing owner.
