The user receives a list of their owned projects along with the status of any ongoing creation operations and available machine sizes.
The agent uses the list_projects tool to retrieve all projects owned by the authorized user. It may also use list_project_machines to show eligible machine sizes and credit rates. If there are pending operations, it uses get_project_status to check the creation status. This allows the user to audit their current infrastructure and plan new deployments without modifying any data.
