Undique MCP

The official Undique MCP server enables AI agents to interact with Undique's science-based self-help worksheets. It allows users to save, retrieve, and manage entries for tools like Change Plans, ABC Exercises, and Urge Logs, syncing data securely with the user's private Undique account via OAuth.
