Synaplan MCP

Synaplan is a self-hosted AI knowledge platform that exposes its semantic RAG document search, long-term memory, and chat capabilities as an MCP server. This allows AI clients like Claude or VS Code to directly access the user's knowledge base and memories as callable tools, while also supporting outbound connections to other MCP servers for multi-task planning.
