SPEKTRUM MCP

Official MCP server by SPEKTRUM Partner GmbH providing 118 tools for Swiss spatial planning. It integrates official geodata (swisstopo, ÖREB cadastre), cantonal maps, building zone capacity analysis, zoning regulations, and legal case law. It enables agents to perform site analysis, building permit pre-checks, value increase calculations, and environmental impact screenings using methods developed by Swiss planning professionals.
