This official MCP server allows AI assistants to read customer support conversations from the SamDesk inbox, search for specific agreements or messages within an organization, and draft concept replies. It provides read-only access to public conversation text, contact names, and inbox names, while respecting existing inbox permissions and filtering out internal notes or attachments.
