Kairo MCP

The Kairo MCP server allows AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to connect directly to a user's Kairo account. It enables agents to read nutrition data, including macros, weight history, and meal logs, and to log new meals or weight entries via natural language commands.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
