Harbor PPM MCP

An official MCP server for Harbor PPM that allows AI agents to read portfolios, programs, and projects, including health status, tasks, milestones, risks, and issues. It enables agents to update tasks, add comments, log risks, and check in on projects while adhering to user permissions and never deleting data.
