Formy MCP

An official MCP server provided by Formy that allows AI assistants to read digital forms, their structures, and responses via OAuth. It supports listing forms, querying allowed responses, and exporting data, currently operating in a read-only mode for clients like Claude, ChatGPT, and VS Code.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
