Elfy.Life MCP

This official MCP server allows AI assistants to search and read articles and ketogenic recipes, calculate HOMA and QUICKI metabolic indices from user data, and list upcoming events. It operates in read-only mode over HTTP without requiring authentication, ensuring user health data is not stored by the server.
