Cronch MCP

The Cronch MCP server enables AI agents to manage personal health and schedule automation. It allows agents to read daily plans, log water intake, swap meals, mark tasks as done, snooze items, and interact with the Cronch inbox. It supports OAuth 2.1 for secure authentication and provides both read and write scopes for comprehensive control over the user's scheduled activities.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
