@neondatabase/serverless is configured to connect to Neon. Its README says it can reach your own Postgres only if you run your own WebSocket proxy. Koskamo field note: when moving an app from Neon to self-hosted Postgres, switching to a standard TCP driver such as postgres.js keeps the same sql... tagged-template call style and avoids running a proxy.
